Why do games I delete from my profile keep reappearing?

Hello.

I have a persisting issue with games that I "delete" from my profile reappearing. Every so often over the last couple of years I will log in to this site, look over my profile, and see some games that I do not want to be listed. I will attempt to remove them by pressing that red "Delete This Game" button, and I will get the notification that the game was removed as it disappears, but the next time that I reboot the site, it is back.
I recognize almost every game that is displayed on my profile. The few that I want to remove I either accidentally launched, or purposefully did to check them out, just to uninstall them less than a half an hour later, and so I do not believe they belong, and yet they stay. Why?

You have to remove or hide them from the service itself otherwise they will be scanned back in.

I believe that I have fixed the issue. Thank you for the assistance, x3sphere. I do have a couple more issues that I need assistance with, however.

First, why do the games that I enter a date and time for the completion of not change the total amount of completed games at the top of the profile? Meaning, the games that I earned all achievements in contribute to the amount, but a game that I manually enter the completion date for that had no achievements but I 100%, or at least got all endings for, does not count.

Also, when I attempt to change the "Last Played" date and time, it gives the message that the data was updated but immediately shows it as unchanged. Why might that be?
