Why is it not updating?

I got a PS5 a couple of weeks ago and have been playing it pretty regularly. Yet, none of the trophies I've earned from PS5 games (and PS4 games I play on my PS5) are showing up on my account here. Do I need to do something now that I have a new system? I didn't have to do anything on my Series S when I started playing it.
Can somebody help me with this?

Probably you changed your privacy settings when setting up the PS5. You’ll need to review your settings and make sure your trophies / game activity are set to public.

mine is no longer tracking either and my settings are all on public...
