Satoru Iwata, president of Nintendo of Japan, recently revealed some tidbits of information regarding the Wii development process. One of the ideas he came up with was to stop games being regarded with hostility in households by making the console automatically turn off if a parent said their child was only allowed to play games for an hour each day. In the end though, he said it wouldn't be a good decision for a games company to do that.
