Woot got a job at Panera Bread

I think I'm gonna apply to the Panera which is next to a target next to a mall where I'm at.


Any tips on what they want? is there a damn personality test?
Yea a long personality test... Not really sure what they want I was just myself and got the job.

I on one near 12 mile and Southfield. So stop buy anytime...

Congrats man, maybe you can use some of that hard earned cash to do an English course ;) :p

Dont have to got a full scholarship...
 
It doesn't become 7.25 ill sometime in June or July.

They said thats the starting rate after a bit longer (this year) Its going to be bumped up to $10 but i dont get benefits at all yet.

It is state controlled. There just happens to be a federal minimum wage as well which is essentially to draw a bottom line. Whichever is higher is the one you should legally be getting paid though.

Anyways, congrats Vanden, I've never heard of that place before since it probably isn't in Canada but it sounds like a decent place.

Offtopic: Here's my minimum wage guideline. It's at 8.75 right now I guess, but starting March 31st it'll be going to 9.50. I'm hoping to get a job this summer paying at least ~12 or more
