World of Warcraft Achievement Missing

Hey, a few weeks ago i unlocked the WoW achievement for collecting 20 mounts, however it seems that exophase is unable to pick this up.

What is the WoW character name you earned this achievement under? And have you tried re-authenticating from this page: https://www.exophase.com/account/#social

Hey, i earned it on the character "Thijmensyolo" in the lightbringer realm. I tried reauthenticating but now WoW shows 0/6750. https://www.exophase.com/game/world-of-warcraft-blizzard/achievements/#988374

Have you logged into WoW recently, like in the last 3 months?

Might need to do that if not. The API is returning the character name but no achievements so I suspect it may be due to the account being inactive.

I logged in 2 or 3 days ago, however i have never had more than a trial account. It could be possible that Blizzard changed their API and maybe it only shows achievements for people with full game access now?

Could be. The Blizzard website also returns a "not found" page for your character: https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/character/eu/lightbringer/thijmensyolo

If your character is under level 10 it won't display the data either.

Hmm, i earned way more achievements now and even though i played multiple times in the last week its shows my world of warcraft achievement list as empty.
