The simple two-step transaction can be performed only once in a twelve month period. Additionally, rented movies cannot be transferred, according to the Major.
In case you're wondering, you probably won't need to use the DRM tool if you've sent in your 360 for repair, as Microsoft automatically transfers over licenses from your purchased content as part of the repair process.
