Bro.
Well this has been a problem for quite a while now. I thought NXE was going to fix it but it didn't... Well, the problem is that whenever i go to the Xbox family settings option the console freezes. I can't pull up the Guide or back out. I have contacted MS but all they did was answer my questions... with, well questions... that didn't even relate to my question.
So what i'm asking is,
Is there anyway to fix it? I have the "Main" or first account made on the xbox and i have also tried using the other profiles on my hdd. any help is appreciated.
