Microsoft has went live with an all-new Account Migration page that allows users to transfer the their Xbox Live account over to another region, completely self-serve. The process, which involves a full migration of your Xbox Live profile, Microsoft Points, and Xbox Live subscription data, is automated behind the scenes and just takes a few clicks to complete.
