It would appear that XSEED Games may be localizing Killer Is Dead in North America. Thus far, the project has only been confirmed for Japan, but all signs point to this Grasshopper Manufacture/Kadokawa Games joint venture making its way to our side of the globe.
As indicated on Kotaku, the publisher has registered a few domain names.
