Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox One users will be able to play games as they're downloading to the system. A company representative revealed the news to Polygon earlier today, thus putting some folks' eager minds to rest.
It was previously revealed that Xbox One games will be playable mid-installation. That's definitely good to know as Microsoft announced that all disc-based games will require an installation on the console's hard drive.
You may be aware that the two factoids listed above also pertain to the PlayStation 4.
