A video capturing side by side footage of both The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and A Link to the Past has been put together by GameXplain. Nintendo previously announced that both titles take place in the same world, but that there will be several differences in the upcoming 3DS game.
Judging from the comparison video, it's apparent that Nintendo wanted to create a familiar world for longtime fans.
