can i use this Pandora's Easy Installer to a PSP SLIM TA-085v2 board? THANKS!

You can use an already created Panora battery + magic memory stick on a TA-085 v2 PSP but for actually converting the battery, no. There is no way to convert a battery to Pandora on that motherboard.
