Yes you can.

rune503: it is the program used to create the DATA.DXAR required for upgrading to 3.40 OE-A.

Enter "unpatched gta liberty city stories" into the ebay search and you will find loads or just go to a rental place, they usually have the original version of the game.

you need to upgrade to Firmware 3.03 then run the 3.03 downgrader.
