Can not link Steam and PSN Profile to new account

I don´t know if it is important but i get this message when i try to link my accounts: This user requested manual removal from the site for privacy reasons. If you are the original account holder, contact support to remove this flag.
 
Yes, it is due to the account deletion. I have reactivated the accounts now.
