I think Sony used a different method of detecting your region. Seems no one outside of US or Canada can download it, even behind a proxy.

:( Not fair just because im in UK :mad:

They let me downloading anything else thought? Even paid for FF8 from the US store before it was released here in UK's playstation store never had any problems.
