I just found this website. I think it's really awesome but I think you should add an option so we can manually add ea and epic gameplay time

I have three additions and one correction/update.

Addition:
Heroes of Might and Magic II is missing from the Game Boy Color database
The Impossible Game Level Pack for is missing from the Xbox 360 Marketplace (Indie Games) database
Cell Life is missing from the Xbox 360 Marketplace (Indie Games) database

Correction/update:
This game is now known as Age of History Americas:

I'm a new user too, but I think that this is already supported. If you hover over a game logo on your list a pencil icon should pop up.

I'm not sure if this is even the right place to put this but it's where the link brought me. I'm new to this website and I just put my Ubisoft account on my profile and it is saying that there aren't any achievements for South Park: The Stick Of Truth on Ubisoft. I have some of the achievements on my account and I can see them in Ubisoft Connect, but not here. The link on the page directed me to this forum, if it's the wrong place or something, let me know, sorry

However yes, the message further down the page about them being unobtainable is incorrect, it’s a generic error showing up since the game did have actual challenges in the past but Ubisoft removed them. I’ll make some adjustments to remove that soon.

What is the reason for achievements in Ubisoft games not currently being able to be added here? Is it something about not being able to access them, and if not will they ever be added here? A lot of my library is on Ubisoft and I just discovered this website and I love it, so is it ever possible to get Ubisoft achievements on here?

Correct, we cannot access them. For some reason Ubisoft restricts viewing earned achievements to the account holder only. If you check your friends' profiles through the Ubisoft Connect client, it doesn't show their achievements either, so this site has the same restriction in that we can't see them.

It's up to Ubisoft to make them public (or at have the option) so third party sites can track. I couldn't say if it will happen but the best thing to do is send them feedback that you'd like to see this added. Maybe with enough interest they will eventually budge on this :)

Ok thanks for the response, sorry about the stupid questions. How does this website track the games in Ubisoft library? It automatically added South Park: The Stick of Truth to my profile, but not any other games. Is that an issue on my side with privacy settings or is it Ubisoft not allowing it?

It uses the same data source as the Ubisoft Connect app for mobile basically. I am curious if the missing games show there?

I have not received any reports before about games missing. I think you do need to have some playtime on them though, for example on my profile Watch_Dogs 2 doesn't show even though I own it, but I haven't played it yet. So in that regard it works a bit differently than some of the others where we can just see the entire library regardless of played status.

I have some games that I haven't played yet that don't show up (also in the Watch Dogs series), so that makes sense, but for example I've played Assassin's Creed 2 for longer than The Stick Of Truth and Far Cry 5 combined but those two are the only ones that show up here. Sorry for the trouble, maybe I've just done something wrong on my end?

Did you check if AC2 shows up on your profile in the Ubisoft Connect mobile app? In the games list section of the app.
 
Hi, Assassin's Creed Rogue on Steam recently received achievements but I don't see it listed on this site. Is this an automated process that shows up eventually? Thanks!

Edit: Nevermind, apparently it was hidden. (doh)

Thanks for the service and keep up the good work :)

Couple of ideas to improve the database:

1) The image / logo of 'Capcom Arcade Cabinet' [Xbox360] is bugged / glitched
(the PS3 one is fine: just use the same image!)

2) The Xbox 360 version of
Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara
is listed simply as "DnD"

3) The Xbox 360 version of
Street Fighter III 3rd Strike Online Edition
is listed as "SF3: Online Edition"
The PS3 ver. is listed as 'Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition'
I'd recommend removing the colon (:) from the both of them

4) The Xbox 360 version of
ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3
has its title shortened to 'U. MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3'
(the Vita and PS3 ones are fine)

Nope, but I asked since we pull data from the Ubisoft servers in the same way as that app. So if it's not showing there, makes sense it is also not showing here, and rules out it being a site issue.

I don't know why it wouldn't be showing. As far as I know, Ubisoft has no specific settings for hiding games or activity right now. Maybe since it's an older game, you need to have some recent playtime in order for it to show up in the game list? So you could try launching it and play for a few mins then see if it shows up in the app.
