The Switch version of Stardew Valley has a free upgrade for the Switch 2 (and a separate Switch 2 version), but I'm only seeing the NS1 version here. Is it just missing the NS2 tag? Also, for some reason, there is a completely separate entry listed with barely any players.

yes, I've added it now.

The second entry must be a different region or physical release. Sometimes the game IDs for cartridge releases are different and therefore show up as a separate entry.

This one is a bit odd. They've been removed from the main list, yes, but when scanning other profiles that have earned the old achievements I see they are still counting as an unlock towards the user's overall achievement count on Google Play. That's why the site did not auto-remove them.

For example this user: https://www.exophase.com/android/user/gamble42025/

If I run a fresh sync it still pulls the removed achievements and it matches up with what Google Play shows for the earned achievement count (619).

Given that these are still showing as unlocks on the GP side I don't think we should remove them entirely - because then the achievement count won't match what GP shows for users that have earned these. For now, I marked them as unobtainable.

There are plans to remove unobtainable achievements from the internal count here so they can still count as completions, hasn't been implemented yet though.
