Did you make a file name RCOS and put system_plugin_bg.rco

i cant get this to work and i followed the instructions

Make a seplugins folder in root of memstick and then make a vsh txt file of notepad and add a line to vsh like this ms0:/seplugins/rco_patcher.prx 1
then download the davees rco patcher and place it in the seplugins folder
then make a folder in your root of mem stick named RCOS place the custom wave in the RCOS folder then load CFWenabler again then go to themes and apply the classic one there u go

EDIT: ok i needed to disable some plugins its working now
turns out its not compatible with bubletunes game catigories plugin

Yes. That's what the plugin was made for. It should be able to load any rco file from ms0:
