It only says "thank you for joining us" - i'm at level 536 on map 16 -Mônaco, and it didn't pop-Up...

No, this is a test achievement. If the game you are looking at has less than 5 achievements, it means that the developers have only added the test achievements.

In this case, this is not a test achievement. It has an approximate description. One player received her. So it is possible to get or this player hacker.
