Profile EXP Desynced and not Updated (Games section is updated, Total points and rank stuck)

At the time of writing, it's still stuck to where my profile is only showing old stats and new stats from steam, however it did not add anything from my psn. So before Exophase's stated update of rankings, I added my PSN to my Exophase account, about 4800 trophies. But the points and ranking on my totals for profile has not updated from it, not even 1 point. Currently my total profile points is less than my completed BG3 game alone, not to mention the whole list. I would like this fixed. Thanks. I ran profile scans and it didn't work. Everything is public as well.

Total EXP is not updated in realtime, it’s recalculated once per day when the leaderboard updates.

I don’t know exactly when you added the profile, but if it’s not updated by tomorrow you can report back. Typically the leaderboard updates at around 4-5am UTC time.

The thing is, I did add the psn profile successfully with the games before the previous time of 4-5 am UTC yet since that time nothing with the total points and rank changed in terms of that addition. If you believe I still need to wait for the next one tonight, then I will see at that time but I feel as though it should have updated already.

It’s possible the leaderboard update didn’t run yesterday as we rebooted the servers. There was a security issue found in PHP and a lot of sites went offline temporarily as a precaution.

So yeah I would just wait for the next update and see.
