Yes, the HEN will work on all motherboards. You will be able to use homebrew once it is released.

The only thing is that TA-088v3 and all PSP-3000's will not be able to get onto custom firmware through the use of HEN. Most people who are able to will probably want to be on custom firmware since it offers more options and features.

Bottom line though, you WILL be able to run homebrew with HEN regardless of what PSP you have.
 
I have found Homebrew program which can start ISO games.
It is called Xplora 1.8.
Whether can HEN start this Homebrew program?

I don't know the answer to that for sure.

If I were you I would just sit tight and stay on 5.02 for the time being. Then you can upgrade to 5.03 if that is what HEN is absolutely required to be run on.

Xplora uses M33 modules to run ISO's.

HEN does not have M33 modules.

Therefore, Xplora will not be able to launch ISO's even if you get it running.

The MAC Address Information stored in RAM can be modified by the HEN code.

I doubt a plugin is loaded, but I think more likely the h.bin for HEN patches the MAC Adress somehow.

Yeah, you're right. But... the thing that makes custom firmware is more than just a modified official firmware is that it uses custom IPL which is not exactly "official".

the picture with the POKEMON was actualy a mistake by a user who didn't know which LED is for the memstick :D don't look at this pic it's stupid one ;)
