I was wrong about that part on IRC actually, sorry about that. I still have no idea why it refuses to work on your PSP though =/

And h.bin is in the root of your memory stick? Not MP_ROOT, it has to be the directory your in when you first open your PSP in explorer, gnome, OSX, etc..
Also, you placed the entire ChickHEN folder inside your PSP/PHOTO folder, right?
If you did all of that, then you'll just have to keep on trying. It doesn't work the first time for some people.
