If you're using the unofficial HEN you could be running into the bug where it just refuses to work on some PSPs. Try the official one. That one can't run homebrew but at least then you'll know if you installed everything correctly.

I got FF VII started!! It's kinda realy slow! it takes 30 min or longer to get to the intro lol

Well you have to first download eloader and the the psx-p beta 1 place them into the game folder. Put a rom into the roms folder and start eloader first and over eloader start psx-p beta 1...

Well slow but it works and needs some improvements!

What I do is I shut off my PSP turn it back on then after it has loaded I plug in my AC Adapter and load HEN as normal.

Worked everytime for me so far.
