get eloader v1.000 to run those % files ... may not always work

also check eLoader Menu Background Index for some cool eloader backgrounds ...use the ones for 'ditlew's menu' not 'calum's original' (rename the image you want to emenu_1000.png and place it into the eloader folder)

I can say that I own all the games that I have emulated on my psp.

But the whole thing about piracy, as I think, is not about deserve or not to play a game.

It is about to give the proper value to other ppl jobs and hard work.

If a dev and a designer had study for a long time to be ready to make such a good game that everyone wats to play, I think that he deserve to be paid for that.

When ppl ONLY download they are trowing the game industry in the garbage.

In the other hand. while a game cost 100,50 dolars (where I live) it is ridiculous to ONLY buy games, when you cannot know if a game deserve that much.

Conscious abandonware would be a great solution, but conscious is something that the world rly isn't.

sorry if I misspelled something or didn't made myself clear, sometimes is pretty hard to work with many languages.

I think you find its up to who ever makes the hack, to have what thay think it should play, why should he care about what you want to play on your psp? just like what others have posted here, their get bored of their psp in days or weeks. you have somthing for nothing whats the point in even moaning about it?

I just wanted to point out a fact.
The reason I " moan" about it is because people do it the other way arround.
I also had my toughts wanted to see how others tought about it.

so how much money have you spent since having a psp1000? nothing i bet.....you cant give things away for free without somone have a view over it
 
Then you totaly missed my point.
But do not worry as I said I do not ask for anything nor want to bash anyone or flame anyone.

I will indeed agree I did not spend a single penny on my PSP when it comes to games.
Hey atleast Iam fair.
But I enjoy doing it this way all my consoles are pirated and I find it more fun to play pirated consoles than official ones. (For the reason I can try out all games and collect them)

Think the last official media I bought is when I was 8 and Iam 24 years young now.
Yes that is quite a time but again I truely enjoy piracy.

However the point remains.
Being able to run homebrew will also harm game developers.

And that was what the point is about.

Well anyway guys i finally did it last night

I got CFW working, i can make the tiff work 100% of the time (not that I need it, anymore) and i'm having a great time with my PSP

Thanks again to Davee, Team Typhoon, and anyone on this thread that helped me out

I tried in many many different ways and many many times.

could someone, specially who had troubles too, tell me how to do?

i was having tourble getting mine started at first and this method helped me " you just have to click the x button and the o button repeatedly as fast as you can on the photo bit where your tiff is and eventually it should work it may take a few tries though :)
 
I'm sorts looking for some help here. I've spent the last two days trying to get the exploit working and spent time trying to get the initial release to work and I have had no luck. I have used 3 different memory sticks, used numerous different combinations of pictures on the folder, and have reset and reformat the psp numerous times. I have the slim tiff in both the picture and photo folders and tried different downloads of the h.bin at the root just incase they had been corrupted. I am unsure of the make of the psp but it is defiantly from the psp 2000 range running ofw 5.03. I ask for help because I have followed all the advice on the 104 pages of the original thread and still I cannot it working. Could someone please assist me

Thank u so much, Tobias (that's a nice name xD)... I was trying and trying and trying, after some hours (yes, I spent hours) right now it worked.

now I will try some HB :w00t:
 
the hen worked for on the very first try but now i cant get it to work again. I've tried several times. :(

I had this problem with daedalus on my ms. I could start the hen without problems 100 times and more, after i put daedalus on the ms i couldnt start the hen. Tried 20 times and nothing, only freeze. I removed daedalus and the hen started on the first try.

What I did:

restored default options (many many times during my attempts)
formated MS usin the PSP, not on PC (many many times, too)

create folder PHOTO inside folder PSP and put folder chickHEN inside it, so:
F:\PSP\PHOTO\chickHEN

the chickEN folder I put as it is, all the folder, not dragging file by file

then turn PSP on, go to photo > memory stick > chickHEN and wait, not scrolling, just wait...

after many, really many attempts, it worked (some minutes ago)..

Heres what I did and it worked 3 times!

Just go to the memory stick and press the right button on the D-Pad right away!
