Multi Battlefield: Bad Company 2

I hate it when we are attacking and I have a team of snipers.
People don't understand this isn't team deathmatch, people just try to make themselves look better instead of the team as a whole.

This game needs good team work, if you work as a team, you would dominate, but if you are all doing your own thing, it is hard to win or even move forward.
 
Exactly. I can't stress this enough over Voice chat when playing "Guys we have to keep it tight around the M-Com Stations, don't just sit there if it needs to be diffused" and people just sit there... still trying to snipe.


Seriously, is being a Sniper "cool" and i'm not aware of it or something?

One problem that I have. I can't seem to open the chute when I eject or jump off a building. I'm pressing X, holding X pressing it multiple times. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Google tells me to press X.

For 360 it's A, for PS3 it's X.

Just spam the button and it works :)
 
Who doesn't think Tanks and Helicopters are overpowered? I mean sure helicopters are weak and tanks die to 2 stationary AT shots, but if you have an engineer you can last pretty much forever.
Yesterday playing with some friends we had one game where 2 of us spent the whole game in a tank, then a couple of games later we spent the second half of a game in an Apache.

Also, what is UP with the retards who play this? I swear people camp the helicopter spawn then they don't even know how to fly it and crash straight into trees. And people who steal your tanks when you're repairing them are annoying, then they drive straight into the enemies base and die.

You have to learn how to fly by trying ;) I remember when I first got in it I had no idea how to fly it, although it was very easy I could see where people would crash instantly. Also, does the chute deploy automatically when you spawn (believe so), but on my first spawn I didn't have a chute deploy and feel straight to my death, guess I undeployed it?

I didn't crash it first time ;)
And sometimes the game glitches and the parachute doesn't deploy. You have to deploy it before you plummet to your death.
When it doesn't at the beginning of a round, it's a really easy way to guarantee you get the UAV :D
 
Tanks are overpowered simply because there isn't enough team work in most servers (at least on PS3). I took out so many tanks last night with C4. If there are two guys in a tank using the same method you were, there HAS to be team work. Two engineers should be able to take out a tank no matter if there's an engineer repairing the tank. I had an issue last night with two guys and a tank. I was the only one shooting RPG's at them and it was hopeless.

I suppose but we pretty much didn't let people shoot RPGs at us... Just shot them quickly. I agree that C4 is easy assuming you can get behind/to the side of them but what we did was destroy all the trees first so we saw people coming up to us.
 
Yeah, 2 or 3 competent people should be able to take it out. Plus, UAV is a viable option if you're an attacker. C4 is not always a viable option but my god is it satisfying when it works out.

Haha whenever I kill a tank with C4 I commit suicide in the process. Only because if I try to get away, the tank would just kill me before I detonate the C4.

And I know what you mean about a good team. My playing time for the demo is over a day already, and only 1 time have there been another good team in the game (I always play with 2 or 3 friends, and we rarely don't get best squad) they were on our team, so our team just destroyed even more.
But that video speaks a hell of a lot of truth.
