a part of the forums where u can download psp themes and wallpapers

Well we have a download section that is launching soon, it will have themes up. It doesn't have much integration with the forum yet though but that could change in the future. I believe the download system is much easier to use than what any other site has (homebrew-wise), so I hope people will use it. Should be up by the end of December.
