Game Database Additions & Corrections

Hi. Almost all Ubisoft games are not showing achievements: Splinter Cell Blacklist; Watch_Dogs and Watch_Dogs 2; Far Cry 3, 4, 5, New Dawn and Primal; Ghost Recon Wildlands; Tom Clancy's The Division.

These already seem to be listed under PC in the manual database.

Not sure if you were referring to the tracked Epic Games listings though? In any case they don't have achievements so won't be listed in that section.

This is normal, the site currently only tracks Ubisoft challenges which are separate from the achievements. I don't know if it'll be possible to track the achievements in the future, they aren't shown outside of the client PC app and only the logged in user can see them - can't view friends' achievements, etc.
