Game Database Additions & Corrections

Metaphor: Refantazio for Xbox appears to just have the title "0". I'm not able to link to it, it does not appear to have a clickable link to go to the detail page. However it should be visible on my profile and the list of recently added games.
Also, it looks like it got tagged with the generic "Xbox" tag, should be Xbox Series X and Windows 10.

Image for Valiant Hearts : Coming Home is not loading.
Also the incorrect name is there Valiant Hearts 2. The correct name is Valiant Hearts : Coming Home.

Is this wrong? Asking since I don't see any recent unlocks for the game... I didn't go through all but the earliest I see is 2019.

Saw a warning - decided to send a report). As for the game itself - tried to play it. Gplay account does not log in. Probably it was removed from the service in 2019. The question is more about the lack of EXP for players. But if there have been no complaints from 4200 players so far - then no one cares.

Pikmin on the 3DS needs to be called "Hey! Pikmin" and Detective Pikachu is currently shown in it's Japanese name. Since I don't think 3DS games have links, here's a screenshot.
