For Ubisoft only the challenges are tracked on Exophase, not the achievements.

Are the achievements just not public at all?
The achievements aren't visible to anyone else besides yourself via the desktop client.

Hi the game Megacraft Hentai Apocalipsis on Steam has 10 achievements on Steam (which I obtained) but the achievements do not show up on Exophase...it shows up like a game with no achievements.

Now it says I have 0 out of 10 achievements but on steam I have all 10...how could I fix this? Do I relaunch the game and hope it refreshes on here?

Dune Girls Attack is another steam game that has achievements but exophase does not show them on the site.

Don't have a link to the detail page since it doesn't seem to have one, but Chorus on Xbox is just showing up with the title "0", no image, and a generic "Xbox" tag.
