Game Database Additions & Corrections

For anyone having issues with AC Shadows achievements on the Ubisoft Connect app, this fixes it: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/...ing-the-cache-of-ubisoft-connect-pc/000061966
Hello. It didn't work. This is a Ubisoft problem that somehow the achievements and hours played are not being tracked to the Ubisoft server.
On the PC app everything is fine. But on the website and mobile app it says that I haven't done anything in the game.
I've already sent a message to Ubisoft support. This is why Exophase is unable to track game achievements.

I am not 100% certain this question belongs to this thread, and this is the first time I am using the forum feature, so apologies if I am wrong in some form.

The question I have is what do I do with a game that according to both Exophase and Play Games, has 56 achievements, but within the game there is only 53? This is in regard to the mobile game "My Little Universe".

Hi.

Thank for your hard work. Is it possibile to add Sakura no Uta?

you have to show the track of players who get it this achivements which removed and that's oppsite of not showing who got it

Games that need the "PSVR" tag, in preparation for the VR leaderboards (@x3sphere) from what I can tell the "PSVR2" tags all tracked properly. Let me know how I can assist! I wouldn't mind assisting for these, or any others I find.

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the "Game Icons and Submissions" thread, but I noticed that several games on my profile have broken game icons.

Half-Life 2: Episode One

Half-Life 2: Episode Two

Killing Floor: Defence Alliance 2

If this is not easily fixable do we need to come up with alternate game icons?

Thanks! Loving the site, I purchased premium some time back to show support!

I still have a copy of the old ones. Re-uploaded them. It seems like the particular size we pull from Steam went missing, at least for those games.

HL2 Episode One for example - https://shared.cloudflare.steamstatic.com/store_item_assets/steam/apps/380/capsule_616x353.jpg

The smaller size is still there though - https://shared.cloudflare.steamstatic.com/store_item_assets/steam/apps/380/capsule_231x87.jpg

I'll have to do a scan of the DB to see if there are any others with broken image links. This icon size is still present on newer games though as I don't see any on the main page missing images.

Awesome, that fixed it!

I had already pulled down some potential replacement images from steamgriddb in case you didn't have any on hand.

edit: I did another manual browse of my profile and saw another issue, this time with broken trophy icons for

Solar Ash (PS5)

Hello, I've just parsed my whole Nintendo Switch collection and 99% of the games were correctly found with correct playtimes, thanks for doing the work Nintendo doesn't want to do !

In fact, only four games weren't added to my profile. All of them are in physical editions, it may explain differences in metadata. They are currently in my last 20 games played, so my profile can be scanned to look for logs. All those games are referenced on Exophase, sometimes twice.

Notice any inaccuracies in our game database? Is a game missing? Post here and a staff member will look into it. If possible, please also link to the game in question.
Hi, I'm new here and have a question. How are players added to the leaderboards here?

I've noticed that some of the top Tempest 4000 players across psx, xbox, and PC are nowhere on the Exo Tempest 4000 leaderboard?

It appears the physical editions of those games have a different title ID for each, that's why they aren't being associated with the existing entries on the site.

I can see the missing title IDs on our end, but I'm not sure which games they correspond to. The list you posted above, does that follow the same order as your last played? I can match them up that way if so. Edit: In case the order changes if you can list your hours played next to each as well, that will help me identify them easier.

I can't get the game information from Nintendo's servers either... sometimes for physical only games the ID -> metadata mapping is missing on their servers. So if someone looks up your profile that doesn't have the game, it shows an unknown game entry even when browsing from the Switch. It will be interesting if this behavior changes at all with the S2.

Generally only users that sign up for an Exophase account are tracked here. We don't add in random players that haven't signed up. There are a few other ways to get listed on the site without having an account such as creating a gamercard but that's not the way most are added.

Oh, so they are not game leaderboards. They are more of an Exophase forum members leaderboard?

So that makes sense why the top players aren't listed...
