Wikimedia Error

I think that what he talking about, it shows Wikimedia Error and not Wikimedia-Proprietary software.

Btw I see your point for not using the tag cloud
 
The only reason for it not working, that I can come up with, is that they are sniffing for specific user-agents and banning them. I could likely, rather easily, work around it but I'm not sure if there's much of a point as they'll just adapt. I would like to know why they'd be blocking specific user-agents though.
 
My inbox is full, but I am having issues emptying it, I check the very top check box, and it doesn't select them all, I don't know whats wrong. I am using FireFox 3.0.6
 
Thank you for the report, this has been fixed. :)

For future reference, please include as much information as you can about the problem relevant to the issue like: how to reproduce it, what style you're using, a screenshot of the problem, etc. etc. as it will help us determine first of all, what the problem really is, what causes it and how to fix it (hopefully).
 
May I say that sending me a email that said my pm box was full was a nice touch.Did you build that in or is that a default on vBulletin?
 
can you remove the homepage link in the logo? i keep clicking it thinking it leads to forum homepage =P perhaps you can make it direct to forum ;)

I agree, I like it like this better. I would always click it thinking it would take me to the frontpage, and now it finally does
 
The flashing PM thing really frustrates my eyes. It doesn't need to look like an 80's disco to tell me I have a new PM. Surely there's a more non-intrusive way to notify the userbase rather than to provoke an epileptic seizure?

Over dramatic much. I'm epileptic and have had no seizures from it.

It looks horrible but it works.

I was trying to add some humour to my post, but never mind. I just think it's a bit "in your face"; it's unnecessary and reminds me of a geocities webpage of animated .gifs or something.

Yeah I can definitely see that. It's like one of those obnoxious banner ads.

I'm sure EvilSeph made it look horrible on purpose to force you to click it to get rid of whatever notifications you have :p
 
Yeah, he did, it's been mentioned before. At least it forces you to look at stuff :p
 
I am still new to this site, but not with the PSP. I have come by to find good information here and saw the site to be nice. Browsing through the forums I find some of the posts to be over reacting to some issues, picky on what is being typed. I understand that everyone wants a clean site but being over reactive or picky because of low number of posts or exclamation marks or caps will just turn people away, in my opinion. Other than that this is an awesome site and I do hope I can enjoy my stay here!

Hahahaha, my post wasn't very serious. I was just saying you should reduce a little bit, as for some people, that's terribly annoying.
