Hey. I've noticed that the game Transference, from the Ubisoft Connect launcher, has its achievement set for that platform missing from here (Transference (game) achievement sets). The achievement set is nearly identical to the ones for the same game, on another platforms (14 achievements, with the same icons used), but most achievements have a different name and/or differently worded description.
Is it possible for me, as an Exophase user, to add/contribute to its addition somewhere? If not and if only an admin can add it, can someone with that role do it?
How do these Ubisoft Connect achievement sets get added? Since there's no public facing API, like with other platforms, I assume the addition process is manual.
