How to submit an Ubisoft Connect/Uplay achievement set for a game that has it missing here? (Transference)

Hey. I've noticed that the game Transference, from the Ubisoft Connect launcher, has its achievement set for that platform missing from here (Transference (game) achievement sets). The achievement set is nearly identical to the ones for the same game, on another platforms (14 achievements, with the same icons used), but most achievements have a different name and/or differently worded description.

Is it possible for me, as an Exophase user, to add/contribute to its addition somewhere? If not and if only an admin can add it, can someone with that role do it?

How do these Ubisoft Connect achievement sets get added? Since there's no public facing API, like with other platforms, I assume the addition process is manual.

Correct only challenges are tracked on Ubisoft. Not every game has them, this one doesn’t appear to have any.

It’s a server side limitation, achievements are only visible to your own account while challenges are fully public. So the set could be manually added, but since we can’t track them at the moment there’s not much point.
 
Oh, I see. So, from Ubisoft, it's only Ubisoft Challenges since they're publicly exposed and also more unique as well, then. Makes sense. Thank you both for the quick replies and the clarification @JECE @x3sphere
