Yeah I am one of those people at times. I get killed a few times when they have Ninja Pro on because I can't hear their footsteps as well and those are what I am used to listening to/for when camping in an area of the map. Ninja really does work well against heartbeat users if they rely on it too much
 
I think people under use the LMGs in this game. I been using the RPD for awhile and have been doing really well with it.
It was one of my favorite guns in Cod4 and its starting to wow me again. But every time I play no one uses a LMG, everyone uses the same weapons it seems like.
Famas, Scar, or UMP it seems are the only guns people use.
 
I wish the machine guns would require you to mount/support them. They're too accurate for just standing around, people only do that in Rambo = \.
 
Is there anything you enjoy about the game? Or for that matter ANY shooting game? Because it seems like you have gripes about nearly every aspect.
 
Yeah, I like shooting people, and killing people, and getting air strikes and killing more people, killing people with flash grenades....

I like plenty of things, and I also don't like plenty of things. I usually don't like any war fps game because they are all the same, only reason I got this one was because of all of the hype about it being the best game ever, and I wanted to actually use my ps3 and play with people online.

Actually, the fact that I like this game enough to keep playing it online, and even do a prestige is amazing. I'd also probably like it more if I had it for PC and not a console because then I would actually do well and wouldn't have to complain about stupid stuff in it.

What's the big deal anyway? Some people like some things and some people don't like others. I apologize that my opinions offend you guys so much, and what other shooting game have I even talked about on here? I talked about Boarderlands, which I loved when it came out, and CSS which I also love. Other than that I can't remember saying anything else about any other FPS tbh.
 
So if you could do well on the PC, but not the console, it seems like the problems are more with yourself than the actual game, no?
Not saying you spoke bad about any other shooters, but the fact some of the problems you bring up are either present in most other shooters, or they have similar problems of their own that can be debated.
 
Playing on a PC and not a console is a problem with myself and not the game, because I'm pretty bad with controllers and joy sticks and would much prefer, and probably do better, using a keyboard and mouse on a PC. Like you said, it's a problem with myself, not the game. The things I was complaining about, are my opinions on things in the game. A PC or console wouldn't change that.

Like you said most of my gripes could probably be said about other games, and maybe that's why I like CSS more. It's a basic FPS that revolves around just shooting and killing everyone. Everyone has the same weapons, no perks, no kill streaks, no death streaks.

It's my opinions and preferences, so once again I apologize for them not matching with the majority of the forums.

I can see where you're coming from now.

Like for me I loved CoD4 because it was simple, not simple like CSS but simple like it was just kill people, everyone had the same killstreaks and it was fun.
Now with MW2 I think they added too much trying to make it the best game. I got bored of MW2 after 2 months where with CoD4, I loved that game til MW2 came out and if I still had it, I would definitely be playing that instead of MW2.

I understand where you're coming from too, some stuff really frustrates me, especially camping or joining a game in progress... your team is ALWAYS getting raped.
For riot shields normally the people are so dumb you can just run to the side of them and knife them, but if not just run away or quit.
And for people with heartbeats, once you get killed once, just don't go to that position on the map again, or quit.
I always quit games where I'm annoyed.
And if you look at my other videos you can see me doing far more :P I usally snipe.
 
Yeah, I know once you get killed by someone camping with it it's pretty easy to get them back.

I don't think my essay was clear enough before. Like you said Xando, I also really hate campers. My despise for heartbeat sensors comes more from people camping AND using them. It just adds insult to injury. I don't hate them as a whole and anyone using them, but in those situations I do.

I do understand where you are coming from I mean I hate alot of things in the game like people who use thermal in wasteland and campers in domination. but the things that annoy you I hardly ever see and never run into because I always use ninja and have semtex so I just wanted to point out the solution. and also the "its just a game" was not needed and should be only used for people who care to much about K/D ratio

I havnt run into that problem at all. I spawn behind them alot though. pisses em off haha
 
I don't know then, maybe it's a ps3 thing. I see tons of the things I bitch about, which is what causes me to bitch, but everyone I talk to who has it for xbox or PC says they almost never see it....so I don't know.

Also, playing demolition with a team who doesn't defuse or plant the bomb = 5x worse than people who don't bother capping anything on domination. I was actually pretty amazed and stunned to tell the truth that literally no one on my team bothered trying to do the objectives except for me.

Yeah I hate those guys that play objective based game modes as if they were team deathmatch. Totally kills the fun.

What really gets me during those matches is there there is usually someone near the objective who won't let anyone actually play the game until time is up.
 
I'm sure there's people who use those things on PC and xbox, I meant maybe ps3 just has a larger amount of them.

Has anyone else seemed to notice that headshots usually don't kill people in one hit? Even being point blank with a Scar it didn't kill my friend in 1, and using a scar with fmjs it took 2 on people in my last game. I was testing it with my friend with other guns too, and it seems like other than a shot gun/sniper they aren't guaranteed 1 shot kills.
