Nintendo Switch playtime tracking

Hi, I have the same issue as @fromthesnow but for another physical release: "Murder By Numbers". It is my last played game on my Nintendo profile with 15+ hours as of today, but it doesn't show on my exophase profile even after resync. I guess that is because the physical release is quite rare (2000 copies limited edition).
