Heh wow got it set up already. Awesome.
 
The Ubuntu theme for xp does look interesting. If it was the Dust colors, i think it would look even better.
 
It's a rainmeter skin. Don't know the exact config, but it looks like a slightly modified Enigma setup.

I second the request of knowing what exactly madsoul is using.
 
I did my best making 7 as "basic" as possible (Like it was back in XP and Vista), and it worked out pretty good. I think the original taskbar looks like ass, so I did the small icons and removed all the grouping. Then I used some wallpaper I think x3sphere used, because it makes me giggle on the inside.
