For all those people that was asking about my guide: i've got a TA-088v3 mobo and it works on first try. I've got 5.03 OFW and, the term "faster" means that you have to select it on the menu BEFORE it crashes otherwise it will not function. Retryed so many times and it ALWAYS work. It's important that you do it after you cold boot you psp. It will not function if you boot your psp from "ibernation" mode (or after you do some other things than the metohod to try the expliit, for eg. Play a game, listen a music or go into any other menu).

That's all, thanks MaTiAz for this exploit, it works well on mmy psp :)

The file is not corrupted, not sure about 4.2 but works on 5.03
 
I just tried to get it to work on 3.90m33 (my pandora installs that) and i couldn't get it to work. And as soon as i installed 5.03ofw it worked at once.

I know it could be luck, but what are the odds... 100x 3.90m33 and 1x 5.03ofw..

So maybe the 3x fw's dont work ;)

This is for version 5.03, you'll just have to run it on that.
