It's not possible to verify EA accounts currently so the delete option does not work there. I don't think you can remove them on EA's side, either. However the hide option will still work here - and games with 0 achievements aren't counted towards stats.
If I hide the EA Game, will it count towards the completion percentage? I know deleting games on Steam does, but hiding works the same way? There're some old games that I won't be able to 100% on EA and the rest of the platforms because there's not enough people for the achievements.
Yes - it seems to be down right now. Not working properly when I scanned my own profile as well. I'll look into it.
Unless you've entered wrong friend code, it seems you need to readjust privacy settings. Activity log is blank when looking up your profile.

Done but just to note you can delete games here yourself. Click the Edit icon when hovering over any game in your list, there’s a delete button there. It’s preferred to do it that way rather than doing a full sync every time.
Appears to be down right now yes. Getting a 404 not found from all the player API endpoints. Will have to wait until Blizzard fixes it again.
