well. atleast as powerful as the PS2. and i believe off hand. the SPECS for the PSP are less then half of the PS2.

I dont like the fact that you cant put your original PSX games on the PSP. To me, A. I already bought the game, and B. I already bought the PSP.

i agree. i would love to play my games. i mean even if sony released a program you had to buy to transfer the games from the disk to the EBOOT. that would be awesome

Maybe the psp 2 will be powerfull enough to play ps2 games...
sadly thats going to be a no. the PSP Go! (PSP 2) will be just about alittle faster then the PSP (all of them phat/slim/lite) but we will find out at E3.

the PSP Go! shouldnt be that powerful. not many CURRENT portable systems are as powerful as CURRENT console systems.

I know! I've been wanting to play re4 and KH2 on my psp. I cant wait til Birth By Sleep comes out!!

Even if the PSP Go could have the capabilities, I'm sure Sony would patch it as best they can to prevent this.
Much like Nintendo did with blocking Action Replay on the DSi.
