no problem, as long as it says "Write MS BOOT CODE" after entering Y then it means it was successful.

If slim batt is smaller, how do you keep the bat on slim???

Thanks for the guide. I was able to upgrade my crisis core psp to 3.71 m33-2. I just have a question with regards to playing psx games. Can this new firmware play psx iso's directly or do i still need to convert my psx cd's to eboots? Thanks again. (Sorry for the noob question)

nope. you'll still need to convert your ISO into EBOOTs.

I did 2 slim both ceramic, one on OFW 3.60 and the other one on 3.71 OFW
In less than 5 minutes

Hello I just tried this method on a fat PSP and everything went fine. The only problem was when I went to try and load one of my dumped games, it gave me a "game could not be started error". Any solutions? It doesn't do this with PSP Slim so I find it really strange.
