Sorry, but that will only over work your muscles and impair your progress.
I did mine every other day.

You NEED Rest in between days. Every other day is the best so your muscles have time to re-cooperate and grow.

The only times it's ok to do workouts sequentially is when you are training different groups of muscles on each day.

Trigun is right for once! ;)

You really do need to take rests (or at least do not exercise the same muscles back-to-back on a daily basis)

Ok so I did my final test. And I managed 102 before I just decided to stop.

When I started this again 6 weeks ago I could barely manage more than 20 pushups :O
