My psp has MP_root not MS_root what should i do?

MS_Root means the root of your memory stick. It has nothing to do with MP_root.
(you can delete that folder, it's useless IMO, just make a folder on the root called VIDEO and you get the same thing)

i cant downgrade my psp fw 2.71 because the photo thing is just a pic
Well there should be a HEND folder inside of the Photo subsection if you followed the instructions correctly.
Are you following the 2.71 downgrade guide? It has pictures which may help.

its just a corrupted file and a pic so i cant put it on the ms
why not? you have to copy the files to the MS in order to trigger HEND.

If you're on Windows, you might try using Total Commander to copy stuff to/from the PSP. That way you never have to worry about that pathetic file manager MS has the gall to call Explorer.

my psp bricked for some reason when i was playing some gretzky nhl game. How should i fix it with out sending it to sony.
It bricked while playing a game? If the hardware itself has gone bad, not even Pandora will fix it. Regardless of what happened, you should send it back to Sony as that's not normal at all.
