So I understand that Ubisoft Connect games that only have achievements aren't tracked, we can only track the challenges.

However I don't understand why Farcry 3 Blood Dragon doesn't show up, but Watch Dogs 1 does. Neither have challenges anymore. I also have endless games without any achievements or anything from Steam that show up. I like to show all my games, that I have played, no matter the state of their collection. So why does Farcry 3 Blood Dragon (and I assume other older Farcry games if I get them) not show up?

It seems not. I think I see the difference. This version of Blood Dragon never had challenges it seems. Watch Dogs used to have them. So it seems like as long as the Ubisoft game had challenges before, it will show.

I added it manually as a PC game, not as good but well enough I guess.

You might notice a lot (maybe even most) of the games with custom icons currently aren't displaying them and are showing the originals instead. x3sphere told me he's currently messing with some stuff and isn't worried that the icons aren't showing and they shouldn't have been lost, so I wouldn't worry about it. I imagine they'll start showing up again soon enough.
