Hi!! Is there a way to download the gamercard as a GIF? I want to upload it to my steam profile

No, the animated card is only available as an SVG. Unfortunately some sites don't allow embedding this type of file.
As a GIF it wouldn't really work that well, the file size would be huge and noticeably lower quality.
You could use something like https://github.com/nickemanarin/screentogif to capture the animation and save it as a GIF though. If you just want to create a snapshot of the card occasionally, might be good enough.

Just a question: is it possible to add more games to the Nintendo gamercard when selecting to show achievements and games as it doesnt have achievements?
