Try getting some utilities such as SBSettings, Backgrounder, MXTube (bit dated), StatusNotifier & iFile. They're very useful and really show the kind of things Jailbreaking really permits. As for themes try themes such as Tenuis, Gradience & Picnic, they're my favorites.

Icy, is too basic as of now. It's only advantage over Cydia is it's speed, everything else is sub-par compared to Cydia. It's GUI isn't that great either, the lists are basic and simple tasks such as removing packages are hidden.

iNav is horrible and clammy. Get Suave and for games, get RampChamp and your life is set.

That theme is so cute, and it's based on my set.
Get it, Thyraz did a great job.

Also, get the Numeric Percentage Battery (like the 3GS).
