UMD Compatibility List

Sorry about not being specific guys all I did when i listed this was open up the folder with my games in it. I used some program to create the files and just labeled them short.

Sid Meiers Pirates no umd
Monster Hunter 2 with a umd in drive and it enabled

Metal Slug Anthology no umd normal cpu

edit - when i said for monster hunter2 i said it awkwardly i meant you must have no emd disabled just said it awkwardly

What is monster hunter, enabled or disabled because you said it needs a und in the drive and no-umd enabled. And what is metal slug anthology.

Both work on psp
I'm sorry to say but i havent bothered trying to play with no umd enabled.
Mostly because I'm lazy but also because I have a tricky case whihc when you open it up it gets dust and such underneath obstructing my view. For now both work with (no umd) disabled and a umd in the drive.
 
Check in recovery mode that all the options in advanced are disabled and that you have no-umd disabled in configuration with a umd in the drive
 
Not on topic but...

Metroid is a Nintendo property so it's next to impossible that we'd ever see an official Metroid game on PSP... someone might make a homebrew game starring Samus or featuring creatures from the Metroid universe but I don't believe any have been made yet.
