Well it says "twist"-style watch. Yes its based of kinetic energy to power it. But its based of a turning(twisting rotations) mechanism.
Whats funny, is my watch has a battery back up, so when its sat for a while it doesn't loose time. My dads tag heuer watch has to be kept in a winding box.
