The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX for the game boy color. It shows after you kill the final boss if I remember correct. Either that or at the start of the game.
I loved that game. Saw that image and was like that's gotta be Zelda DX (DX is color version).

Yep, you got it. Shows as soon as you beat the final boss in the windfish's egg. I beat him soooo many times for kicks.

I knew I had played it! I used to play that game all the time with my friend at his house when I was in 2nd grade.
Pokemon Pinball on the GBC I believe.
