In the client (last I checked anyway) you can't view achievements of friends either, only your own. Until they remove this limitation it's unlikely we'll be able to track them. Or if they provide some way of viewing them on the Ubisoft Connect site then that could open up a way of tracking - currently only Challenges are shown there too.

The game "Adios" is pulling the wrong name, cover art and game info from "Adios Amigos," which is an entirely different game. The actual achievements are correct, though.

The achievement icons for Persona 5 Tectica on Xbox are displayed as placeholders (possibly, captured before the official versions were uploaded). Besides, there are 2 pages for the game on PS4.

This happens a lot and is usually due to different regional versions. In this case there's a separate version of the game for Asia.
Uploaded icons for them now, should be sorted.
