Multi Modern Warfare 2

No one besides geeks and game media will be calling this COD:MW2.

You can rest assure the moment this game its, everyone will refer to it as COD6. Same way everyone refers to World at War, as COD5. No one ever sends a message saying "Hey, lets play some COD:WAW" or "COD:MW2" when they can just drop it all and put a 6.
 
People in my area are already calling it MW2. I can't see CoD6 sticking around.

I know about a handful of people that call CoD:WaW as CoD5 and they are from online forums.
Everyone else I know calls it WaW.

Also, everyone I know is calling this game MW2

I was playing like crazy that week and I hadn't ran into anyone doing the glitch.
 
I seriously doubt anyone will call it CoD 6. Those not in the know or general casual gamers will just refer to as the 'new Call of Duty.'

It would be a shame if they didn't do single player work, and confined them to MP with 50 cent.

Honestly, I don't know where voices come into play in Multiplayer. I guess I can't hear it over my curses.

I'm sure they will be squad mates or something. Pepper was great in Private Ryan. "He was on the ground before we heard the shot!"

Akimbo is NOT the perk in the new MP trailer this week.

I was presenting a singleplayer mission at the GameCrazy show this morning on stage and happened to walk over a body that had Akimbo (dual wield side arm), therefore the icon for the weapon popped up on screen and the room went crazy with chants demanding I pick it up and use it.

So I did.

Happened to be dual Deagles. Now to calm some initial fears of "OMG! Overpowered!". Akimbo is limited and balanced, just like EVERYTHING in the game. It's limited to sidearms, harder to aim than standard and you can't go ADS (aim down sights) since you have a weapon in each hand; Among other balancing techniques, so don't freak out before you see it in action.

It's cool.

It is not supposed to be used as a long range weapon ;)

Also, MadCatz just announced the MW2 accessories they are making. They're crap IMO and no pictures accompanied the press release. You can check out the story on the frontpage

I never fire the deagle from the hip, it's much better aiming down the sights at close range. Also it really does make a difference whether you are firing from the hip or not, unless you are an inch from the guy...
